Once you have used your Pin for the first time you will be able to manage it online.

Balance
Shows you the total balance remaining on your Dodo Phone Card.
Recharge/Top up
You can choose to recharge/top-up your Dodo Phone Card from this screen.(Maximum recharge will be $100).
Transfer Credits
This area allows you to transfer additional funds onto your Dodo Phone Card from other Dodo Phone Cards that may have been purchased. This way you can keep all your credits in one location.
Card Usage/Call History
The last 20 calls made using your Dodo Phone Card that were made will be shown here. This will help with remaining/lost credit enquiries.
Top Up HistoryWill show all cards that have been purchased and added to the account. This will also help out with remaining/lost credit enquiries.
In order for you to Transfer Balances from a newly purchased card or voucher, you must first have a previously registered phone card account.
You can either perform a Transfer Balance via Account Management or you can speak to a Customer Service Representative from the call centre. (If the call is during operating hours).
When applying the new credit to the existing phone card account, the ‘Dodo Bonus (10%) credit amount will automatically be added.
You will also have the option to top up the account via account management.
Recharges can be done using the existing credit card that was given at the time of registration or you can add a new credit card via account management.
There will be a maximum $100 recharge per transaction.
The Invoice history will show you all records of balances that have been transferred to a registered account.
