Phone Cards are a prepaid method of making domestic, mobile or international phone calls. In general a phone card is prepaid with a specified balance. From that balance the cost of the call is deducted. When you use a Phone Card you will have total control over the spending amount on your call.

Q. How do I buy a Dodo Phone Card?

Activation can take up to 24 hours providing there is no problems with porting. The process takes about 3 hours.

Invalid PIN Please ensure that you are typing in the same number that is on the card/voucher. Take note of what the exact error is and contact customer service during operating hours.

Lost Minutes/Credits Please call our customer service department during operating hours. When calling please provide details such as:
• Your Serial Number
• Your PIN
• Toll free number that you dialled

Our customer service representatives will be able to look up your call history with the PIN that you provide.

Q. What do I do when my credit runs out?

You can recharge/Top Up your card with additional credit to the values of either $10, $20, $30, $50, $100.

Dodo is offering a 10% bonus to the value of all top up/recharge purchases.
